What the coach was doing before

One newsletter a week. Five drafts per brief, only one ever made it out of Docs. The editor spent four hours tool-switching: Docs for writing, Canva for graphics, Mailchimp for the send, manual copy-paste to LinkedIn, X as an afterthought. Shipping frequency: 1 post per channel per week, sometimes.

What happened after

LinkedIn carousel, X thread, newsletter via Listmonk, Webflow CMS entry. Three weeks in, the same brief was living on four channels and the editor had two hours back per week.

Why this compounded

The brief was the IP. The channel variants were outputs. When a post worked, we tagged it in the brief database as a winning angle. Next month's briefs started from the winners. Six months in, the library of winning angles was the actual moat, not the tool.
