Arcus Compliance
The workspace that holds every advisory, every briefing, every piece of regulated-market content Arcus publishes, and the compliance evidence trailing each one.
Arcus publishes into a regulated market. Every briefing, every advisory, every research note has a compliance cost if it ships without review. Before the workspace, review was a Slack thread and a Google Doc, and the signature was a comment from the reviewer's phone. Nothing was auditable.
We rebuilt the content stack on Notion. Every draft starts on a page with four required properties: author, reviewer, client scope, and regulatory context. The draft cannot move to "ready" until the reviewer marks it signed off inside Notion. The signature is a toggled property with a timestamp and a reviewer name, not a chat message.
Fourteen months in, Arcus has shipped 312 content rows through the same flow. 300+ briefings reached clients. Every one of them has a named reviewer attached in the workspace. When the regulator asks who approved what, the answer is two clicks away.
The engine runs across four root databases and 23 views. The advisory team opens one view on Monday, the research team opens another, the reviewer opens a third. Same rows, different filters. The compliance evidence is the workspace itself.

Credentials
Every piece of published content goes through a named compliance reviewer in Notion before it reaches a client. The signature is the audit trail, not the content.
