Two databases. Leads holds every inbound with source, score, owner, and last-touched. Enrichment holds the Claude-generated ICP scoring with a written rationale per lead. Views: Above threshold (founder), Assigned to me (owners), Nurture sequence (automated), Junk (soft-archived), New this week.
Webform, LinkedIn DM, or email forwarding drops a row into Leads. A glue layer runs enrichment: fills missing fields via Clay or Apollo, runs Claude against your ICP rubric, assigns a score. Score above 7 routes to the owner with a Slack brief. Score 4-6 joins a nurture sequence. Below 4 soft-archives with a reason.
The first failure is thresholds that drift. The founder sets a bar at 7, the team complains they never see leads, the bar drops to 5, now the founder sees everything again. Fix: the threshold is on the view, not the database. The team sees all scored leads. The founder sees only above threshold. Bars stay stable.
The second failure is enrichment that writes junk. Clay returns a made-up email, Claude scores it high, the founder sends an intro to a non-existent address. Fix: every enriched field has a confidence score. Low confidence gets a "needs human check" tag, not a direct send.
